If you're arranging your hen weekend in the UK there are really only 3 things to consider:
We coordinate optimum programmes that are best suited to the hen weekend, making the best use of your time and budget, we take care of all the details to ensure it's a hassle free, smooth passage. If and when required we'll arrange the transport, just tell us what you need.
Driving
In most cases you will be driving, in which case make sure you have the driving shared if possible and the best route planned. Try the RAC route planner for size at http://www.rac.co.uk/route-planner/ and if you still need a local map we recommend Streetmap or Multimap.
Minibus hire
It might be an idea for you to club together and spring for hiring a minibus. It may work out as the cheapest way to travel. But bear in mind
(1) somebody's got to collect it and return it
(2) somebody's got to drive - and therefore be in good shape
(3) it should be adequately insured and(4) choose a reliable vehicle with breakdown cover included if possible. Also make sure you get a decent minibus hire deal, unlimited mileage, low excess, etc. We would recommend that you hire locally for best deals, check yell.co.uk for listings.
Coach hire
If you are a big group (20+), let us know, we'll assist with arranging the best deals on coach hire. But if you want the coach/coaches for the whole weekend you'll also have to pay for putting the driver up.
Train tickets
This is a popular method of transport for the hen weekend as it means you don't have to take the wheel. Special offers run from time to time and if you book your train tickets, far enough in advance you will benefit either from special offers or "Apex" fares. Try the following links for best deals:
nationalrail.co.uk
thetrainline.com
virgintrains.co.uk
gner.co.uk
National flights
Most often these won't really apply, but if you need to save time on your UK hen weekend, you can jump on a low cost airline to get there quickly. For example you can fly easily to Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Newquay, Nottingham (east Midlands), Southampton.
Try the following airlines for best national city-to-city deals:
easyjet.com
ryanair.com
bmibaby.co.uk
Ferries
OK unlikely,
but if you're heading to the Isle of Wight you'll need one. You need to get to Southampton and grab the ferry from there. See the UK ferry operators on the following links:
wightlink.co.uk
redfunnel.co.uk
ferrybooker.com
seaview.co.uk/ferryroutes/iow.html

Limousines
If you're a classy lot and want to arrive and depart in style then limos are just right. Let us have your brief and we'll arrange the best limo hire deals available.
Taxis
You may well need these during the day and in the evening. As a GoHen® group you will be well looked after by where2guv.co.uk, go to the website or call them on 0871 277 0220, and they'll look after you.
International transport
Variable for each location, see the city guide.
