- You'll be greeted by our friendly hula instructor ("...her hips don't lie!")
- Have a fun warm-up to get those hips ready to rock
- You'll learn how to hula with your hips and other body parts
- It's a great core strength workout
- You'll learn techniques you can continue at home
- And have loads of laughs with the hens!
Fancy trying something a bit different and a whole lot of fun on your hen weekend?! Then grab a hoop and get your hula on!
It may seem a while ago since you last picked up a hoop and gave it some serious hip action but hula hooping has been making a sneaky comeback over recent years and specially weighted hoops can be spotted in gyms (and discarded in the back of cupboards) across the country. It's also a great alternative dance class for hen parties of mixed ages as everyone can have a go.
Our hula hooping instructor will lead you in a hilarious class which really will put you through your paces and prove to be a fantastic workout. You'll learn to spin the hoop on different parts of your body and how to maximise the benefits of a hula hooping workout each day. With some great tunes to keep you going, you'll wiggle, wriggle and giggle to hen party hula hooping greatness.
Of course, being a hen party you can be fairly sure there'll be plenty of cheeky innuendos flying about (we all have that one friend... or maybe you ARE that one friend?) that will mean you can add the calories lost through a damn good laugh to the pre-wedding aerobic workout.
