Wedding Florists
Shropshire Petals
It’s not just that Shropshire Petals are so brilliant at what they do but their Facebook is every bride’s friend. Fun, informative, the perfect thing to mull over with the day’s first coffee. Another reason to love them is their commitment to the environment, using only biodegradable, natural petals so you get great photos and fantastic flowers without damaging the environment.

Sharon Mesher
Sharon Mesher is all about the little details that will make the big difference. Her biggest influence comes from the UK’s indigenous flora, those blooms that trained eyes like hers spot on country walks and in quintessential cottage gardens. She then transforms them into perfect arrangements for every type of wedding from modern glam to vintage and Boho all from her Devon studio.
Lorraine Wood Flowers
When Lorraine isn’t running floristry workshops, she can be found planning the most beautiful blooms for the most important days. If you want inspiration for your big day or just want everyday to have a summer kissed feel then check out Lorraine’s Instagram feed. From big church do’s to barn dance Boho, Lorraine is a florist for all seasons and one of our absolute faves.
The Blooming Bears
We’re not sure what they put in the water in the South West but Blooming Bears is one of this year’s best wedding florists to make it into our Bridal Heroes countdown. What draws us back to Blooming Bears is the desire to bring the best of nature into every display. It’s not simply the flowers, it’s as if they’ve scooped up handfuls of ‘nature’ and brought it along to share at your wedding.
Bramble & Wild
If you want something that goes beyond matrimonial and steps into magical then visit Grace and her team who transform all kinds of venues into the dream setting with their clever use of blooms and props. Their shop is also super friendly. Are we biased because Grace’s is based in nearby Frome and we’re always greeted by her Labrador Bracken? Absolutely but that doesn’t detract from her talent or passion.
