Nerys, the leading lady behind Queen of Cakes is always up-to-date with what’s hot and what’s not in the world of wedding cakes. Her understated use of lacing is divine, and her sugar petals are so detailed that they’re easily mistaken for actual flowers…although we doubt that any other rose would smell as sweet! We love all her work but Queen of Cakes cupcakes really are masterpieces in miniature.
