Anna, the highly-talented baker, is a one-woman army on a mission to create the best wedding cakes South Wales has ever laid eyes/hands/mouths on, and let us tell you, she’s doing a wonderful job. How can one person do all this? We are in awe. Keep knocking it out of the park, Annie!

We said Zoe at Vale Cake Boutique was one to watch and we’ve been watching her cake making exploits like ravenous hawks, and we’re blown away by her ability. The marble designs, in particular, stunned us, and the intricacy and stylishness made us pine for more. We can’t wait to see what the next year has in store!
Emmazing Bakes
Emma’s bakes truly are amazing. How? They do more than look fantastic and taste incredible; they tell a story. They somehow capture the love of their couples and radiate the emotion of the big day. When we talk about depth with Emma’s bakes, we’re talking more than the size of the slice (which are pretty huge!), it’s the passion, the feeling, the love! And we are well and truly in love with her creations.
Jammy Jam Cakes
It’s no coincidence those at the top of the wedding cake game started baking as a hobby and then it quickly spiralled into a full-time vocation. It means they’re inherently passionate about cake creation and love what they do. This is the story of the fabulous Cheryl who spearheads the Jammy Jam Cakes operation, and there’s no luck in her making our Top 50, just pure ability and talent.
