Veganism is massively on the rise, 2016 – 2018 saw a 388% increase in vegan takeaway orders according to The Guardian. And it’s not just full-timers. More and more people are going flexitarian purely to reduce their carbon footprint. Whatever the reason, the result is there is now a growing number of vegan eateries, all with a unique and inventive take on sustainable, cruelty-free food.

So we grabbed our tasting forks and went in search of the UK’s Hottest Vegan Resturants. Yum!

Ah, pasties. The greatest thing to come out of Cornwall since Poldark put his shirt back on. Originally created to give miners a tasty lunch to eat with grubby hands, The Cornish Vegan Pasty ‘pixies’ have reinvented this once humble snack, with flavours such as Mountain Chilli, you can find the nearest stockists on their website.
