Arriving at a foreign airport and finding yourself strangers in a strange land, the last thing you want is to have to start haggling with red faced taxi drivers, hoping you don't pay well over the odds to squeeze 16 hens and their luggage into a car clearly designed for 7 people.
At GoHen we're committed to customer service from your enquiry right the way through to your safe return. Our transfer service is designed to remove any travel inconvenience from your hen weekend getting you to and from the airport your accommodation and also to your activities.
Prices
Prices are generally based on a minimum of 8 - 10 hens per journey. Prices will vary depending on your chosen destination (in some cities the airports are closer to the city than other so prices vary accordingly).
Some locations won't need transfers at all as underground/overgroun trains might be quicker and more cost effective.
Numbers
It's not uncommon for the hens to arrive from different airports at different times, however the cost of fuel means the taxis/minibuses need a minimum number of hens per journey. This is usually 8 - 10 stags per trip. Larger or multiple vehicles can be arranged for larger groups.
Drivers
Unless specified your driver will normally be meet you in the arrivals lounge holding a sign with your groups' name on.
Extras
So the bride-to-be can arrive in style you can arrange for a limousine in many of our European destinations (ask our international team for details).
Activity Transfers & English Speaking Guides
To get to your activities with plenty of time and no fuss we can arrange transfers to all your activities as well airport transfers. These can come with English speaking guides for the transfers and the activities themselves where required to ensure you get the most out of you hen party without having to resort to hand gestures or TALKING REALLY LOUDLY.
Drop Offs
Wherever possible the transfers will make sure you are exiting the vehicle at the entrance to your accommodation for your safety. On some very rare occasion and some of the older streets, you might be dropped off as close by as possible where there is pedestrian access only. This however is a rare occurrence.
